DJ CISCO

The Morning Cup of Grace is a daily breath of encouragement served with honesty, humor, and heart. Each episode blends Sean’s spoken-word inspiration — the same real, unpolished messages from his video series — with an hour of music that sets the tone for your day. From time to time, Sean also adds a sermon to deepen the message and meet listeners where they are spiritually.

Sean, known to many as DJ CISCO, spent years behind the mic on Atlanta’s WRFG 89.3 FM hosting The Remix. After stepping away from radio, he found himself called back to the microphone in a different way — not to entertain, but to encourage. What started as short morning devotionals turned into a ministry of simple, powerful reminders that reach people right where life actually happens.

This show isn’t about going viral or chasing numbers. It’s about reaching the one person God needed it to reach. The stories, the scripture, the tough truths, the humor, the grace — it’s all poured out with the same intention every time: to give you something you can carry through your day.

Some days the message is gentle. Some days it’s a wake-up call. But it’s always grace.

And every episode closes the same way:

That’s your Morning Cup of Grace.

Where Real Music Lives!!

We are a group of DJs/show hosts for whom "music is the message". The core group are former (traditional) jazz hosts at an Atlanta radio station who have decided we want to keep the music alive through Mixcloud. Joining us are experts in blues, blues rock, Americana, old school R&B, funk, soul, and gospel. Bottom line is we all share a common goal to continue to present REAL music to our past, present, and future listeners. Give us a try and tell a friend!
